Italian in the kitchen – Fresh Pasta Special

Meet the Cilento Chef Antonio Notaro who will teach us how to easily make excellent fresh homemade pasta, and how to season it with tasty sauces.

During the evening will be prepared:

Ravioli ripieni di ricotta e spinaci, conditi con burro e salvia
Tagliolini tagliati al coltello, con pomodorini freschi e basilico

The dishes will be accompanied by wine🍷from the Campania region.
