The country of wine: tasting of Italian wines
During the meeting, the fundamental concepts for the sensory analysis of wine will be illustrated: its appearance, aroma and taste will be evaluated and described.
During the workshop (in Italian), students, under the teacher’s guidance, will learn the secrets and foundations of wine tasting. 9 classic Italian wines will be tasted, selected from the rich Italian enological production.
